What's actually in FLEX?

Does FLEX contain any allergens?

Why does natural oil sometimes separate on top?
Because FLEX has no added stabilizers, the natural peanut oil can separate over time. Simply stir it back in before use.

How should I store FLEX?

Do I need to stir FLEX before using it?
FLEX is ready to enjoy straight from the jar. If you notice any natural oil separation, simply give it a good stir to bring the texture back together. Spread it on toast, stir it into oats or yoghurt, blend it into smoothies and shakes, or enjoy a spoonful straight from the jar.

Can I return or get a refund on FLEX?

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Because FLEX is a food product, returned items must be unopened, unused, sealed and in a resaleable condition**. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns once the seal has been broken.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at team@eatflex.uk with your order number and photos so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
