The FLEX Natural Peanut Butter is exactly what I was hoping for; it’s smooth, rich, and has that genuine roasted peanut flavor that takes me back to making fresh batches at home. I love that it has no added sugar or palm oil, and the fact that it’s high in protein makes it a perfect post-workout snack or a quick spread on my morning toast. I know some people might complain about the oil separation, but honestly, a quick stir is a small price to pay for knowing I’m eating 100% natural ingredients, and it mixes right back to that creamy consistency I crave. It’s one of those simple, wholesome products that just makes you feel good about what you’re putting into your body, and it has definitely earned a permanent spot in my pantry.

Good sized tub but the text isn't great and the print isn't great quality - no issue in a way, as the peanut butter is really nice (not like the premium offerings that you can buy but a good middle ground). The lid just looks silly claiming 132g of protein... Which is the ENTIRE tub. The BIG downside for me is how it got packaged for delivery - a tub of peanut butter placed into a massive slab of polystyrene which then went into a box. It's not made of glass, and it just seemed like a wholly unreasonable environmentally damaging way to send one tub of peanut butter.

This is unlike any peanut butter I’ve tried before—it has a texture more similar to almond butter. When I first opened the jar, it appeared very oily, so as instructed, I gave it a thorough stir. Even after mixing, it remained quite runny. Unfortunately, this one wasn’t for me. The consistency stayed noticeably oily, and when tasting it, the experience was a bit odd—the oil seemed to disappear, leaving behind a very dry peanut paste that was quite difficult to swallow. It didn’t have the smooth, nice texture I was expecting. That said, I may still find a use for it in cooking or baking, where the texture could work better as part of a recipe—but on its own, it’s not something I would choose again.

It’s amazing to me how peanut butter products which are essentially 100% peanut can taste so different to each other. I guess there must be different varieties of peanut or it comes down to how they are roasted because this peanut butter tastes completely different to my usual choice. This one has a really creamy flavour and tastes like a non spicy satay sauce, somehow the peanut flavour is not quite as strong as my usual product and I don’t really like it as much. It’s not unpleasant just doesn’t have a full a peanut profile as I would like. You get a 510g plastic pot sealed with foil for freshness. Because it is just peanuts the product does split a bit with the oilier bit at the top and the more solid bit at the bottom so you need to give it a good stir before first use. It has a very smooth texture, absolutely no chunks for people who prefer that, but not even the slight gritty texture you get with some peanut butters. The tub I received had a best before date of 8 months after receipt.

I'm a huge fan of peanut butter, as its a natural source of protein, packed with healthy fats and better for you as a snack than the wealth of sugar and artificial swettener laden alternatives. The major draw to this product is that the manufacturer takes pride in telling you its one and only ingredient, and that is peanuts. Unlike many other peanut butters on the market there are no fillers, no additives, no extra salt or sweeteners and more importantly no palm oil, just a smooth butter made from tasty, wholesome peanuts. Upon opening the foil sealed pot, you are greeted by the sight of the smooth, beige coloured butter and the unmistakable smell of deeply roasted peanuts. Like many butters which don't contain palm oil you need to give the product a really good stir due to natural separation although even after stirring the product remains very watery. I thought at first, due to the fact that the product is more watery than my usual brand, that it would come at the sacrifice of taste and flavour, but that first spoonful proved that theory wrong, as the product has a very strong taste of roasting peanuts, and I must admit that this product is the strongest i've ever tasted. The butter is smooth and creamy, so far ive not come across even the smallest grain of a peanut, however with each spoonful the taste is exactly like having a mouthful of delightfully roasted prime peanuts. This peanut butter is extremely moreish, so its hard to put down the spoon and step away from the container, its no bad thing however, as this product has slightly less calories than my normal choice, so I can sneak in an extra few spoons of peanutty goodness without worrying about building to my already portly middle aged waistline. When you work out the price compared to high street prices for comparable jars of 250g and 340g it may seem expensive, however you get 510g in the container, so it comes out about even, the taste is also that of a premium product.

Must've taken a lot of peanuts to get 510g worth of butter. A good way to get your protein up especially for those that don't eat meat or any animal products.

Excellent peanut butter with no additional oils or sugars like regular store bought nut butters. The tub is big but ive nearly used it all up already as I like having it with bananas as a snack and my fiance loves peanut butter and jam sandwiches for work most days. When you first take the lid off you will see a lot of oil on top but all you need to do is give it a good stir and keep it stored in the fridge. Ive had no issues with oil rising since doing this. Taste wise it is gorgeous too, me and my partner rate it very highly and will be sad when its all gone! Highly recommend!!!

Mmmmmm... This is a lovely peanut butter. Very, very tasty. Super smooth texture. Great on toast, or in sandwiches, or mixed into some vanilla ice cream. My grandchildren absolutely love it. I've also used it to make some peanut butter cookies. I normally use the crunchy variety, for its texture. So, although this one isn't crunchy, it doesn't make my cookies any less delicious, and they certainly don't stay on the plate very long at all. This is packed in an opaque plastic screw-top jar. Under the plastic lid there's a foil hygiene seal, which is always good to see. The contents are a light coloured paste, very fine and runny. I use the word "paste" advisedly, as this is probably the smoothest peanut butter I've ever tried, aside from what I've mixed myself at home from peanut powder. As with all 100% peanut butters, there is some separation during storage, so the contents need to be mixed thoroughly to incorporate the surface oil, before each use. The description clearly says, "no stirring required", but this absolutely did need to be stirred for some time, to incorporate the thicker deposit at the bottom half of the jar. This is particularly true if you're using it for health or dietary reasons, to ensure even distribution of protein v. fat, per serving. Even after stirring thoroughly, this was still quite a runny mixture and had to be spooned out of the jar, rather than spread with a knife. For me the very fine, smooth consistency when trying the peanut butter alone or on toast, was too sticky to be palatable. The flavour was under-roasted and quite bland - almost as if there were a considerable proportion of raw peanuts included. While this isn't to my taste, some people might enjoy the very lightly roasted taste, and this is 100% peanuts, without added salt, sugar or other extra ingredients. This would not be my first choice of peanut butter for spreading, mainly because of the under-roasted flavour and loose consistency. However, the very smooth texture means it will mix well into baking, cooking and smoothies, so if you're using it in that way, I wouldn't rule it out. At £5.49 for a large jar, it isn't overly expensive, but if you like the very smooth consistency you may find it even more cost effective (and lower in fat) to mix your own using peanut powder.

Really nice to find a peanut butter that's all peanuts with no salt, sugar or palm oil. This FLEX Natural Peanut Butter is very smooth, with a runny liquid texture that makes it easy to spoon and spread. When it arrives it will have naturally sedimented slightly and you'll probably need to grab a spoon and give it a good stir to remix it all again. The peanut butter has a lovely natural sweetness, which would normally be masked by added salt, and tastes authentic and freshly made. I got my tub in May and it was actually made in February and has a best-before date of next February, not that it has any chance of lasting that long in our house. It's not the cheapest peanut butter but at least you're only paying for peanuts and not palm oil or sugar used as fillers. The taste is lovely and the smooth almost-pouring texture make it easy to serve and enjoy.

We get through a lot of peanut butter in my house, and this one is quite different to any we have had before. It is incredibly smooth, and the texture is far finer than others I've had. It is also much runnier than others, which actually made it a bit easier to mix up when first opening the jar, but it does make it rather tricky to get from the tub to the bread without it dripping everywhere. The colour is slightly lighter than other brands we have tried, but it definitely still has that nice roasted peanut flavour. I quite like it, though the very runny and super smooth texture is certainly not going to be for everyone. You simply can't lay down a thick layer of it on a piece of bread for a sandwich because it is too runny. Seems nice quality though and tastes nice.

When I saw that this one has only natural ingredients, with no artificial sugar added - I thought that it won't be any good. But I still ordered to try it anyway. And I am not disappointed at all. Although it does not have artificial sugar added it is sweet. Not over-sweetened, but sweet enough to be very good peanut butter. It is so nice that I could probably eat whole container in one go without anything else 🤭 But I didn't do that. It is perfect snack for me especially with some bread. In my opinion it might be perfect snack for kids. Especially that it contains only natural ingredients, which is important, especially at young age. It spreads out easily on bread, even right after I take it out from the fridge. It might be important when you are in rush, as no additional steps are needed, nor any additional waiting time is needed. Overall it is very good peanut butter and I can recommend it to others. I did not expect much, but I am very positively surprised with it :) Easy 5 stars from me.

Price wise, you maybe able to find larger, similar quality tubs for cheaper but not so much cheaper that this one isn't considered. If you're used to sweeter supermarket peanut butter it might take a couple of servings to adjust, but if you want a genuinely natural option, this is an easy recommendation.

I only buy peanut butter occasionally, rather than it being an ‘everyday’ part of my diet. On most occasions, the peanut butter I consume is one (any one) of the brands available in supermarkets. A year or 2 back, I did get a 1Kg tub of crunchy peanut butter made 100% from peanuts. When opened, peanut butter oil had risen to the surface & the peanut solids were below, so it needed mixing before use. That natural peanut butter was great – great taste, great texture, delicious - & it kept well, despite its lack of preservative additives. This peanut butter, although smooth rather than crunchy, was similar on delivery, peanut oil on top & thicker elements below, needing mixing together before use – quite a stiff & lengthy mixing required. Despite lengthy mixing, I was unable to achieve the thickness apparent in the pictures of the product in the Amazon listing. My photo will show you that, & how liquid this peanut butter was when spread on my toast. I did not put butter, or butter-substitute spread, on my toast before the FLEX Peanut Butter, to better get the taste & feels of the FLEX brand product in order to provide this review. I was disappointed in not finding this Flex peanut butter to have a strong peanut butter flavour; neither did the thin texture provide the familiar ‘mouth feel’ (thick, hugging the teeth & gums) of peanut butter I normally experience from other brands. I can understand why this FLEX Peanut Butter might taste different from any brands commonly stocked in supermarkets which are not made from 100% peanuts, but I find it harder to understand why this FLEX Peanut Butter should not have the depth & flavour of another brand made from only peanuts, though I suppose there are different strains of peanuts, grown in different soils, in different climates. Anyway, I found the FLEX Peanut Butter disappointing.
